Steven has worked in the esl air freight business for over 8 years. He looks after the air freight division where he takes care of commercial and relocations airfreight. Steven is a Shanghai native.

Sandy is relative new comer to ESL and is involved in the marketing our relocations division. Sandy has a Masters in Logistics. She is a Nanjing native.

Relocations Manager
Mae has worked in the ESL relocations business since we started and has a textbook knowledge of the business. Mae studied in the Jinan University in Guangzhou and the University of Plymouth in the UK in accountancy and international logistics. Mae is a native of Foshan.
Zoe Liu
Customer Service Manager
Zoe has worked with ESL for over 6 years and deals with customers both domestic and international on a daily basis. Zoe has vast experience in logistics having studied the subject at Shanghai Maritime University. Zoe is a native of Shanghai.
Eva Liu
Operations
Eva has worked with ESL for over 4 years and is a great asset in the Operations Dept. where she deals with both import and export of relocations belongings by both sea and air. Eva is a native of Shanghai.
Lucy Wu
Operations
Lucy has worked with ESL for over 3 years and is a great asset in the Operations Dept. where she deals with both import and export of relocations belongings by both sea and air. Lucy also takes care of all the relocations packing teams. Lucy is a native of Shanghai.
Nicole Tang
Station Manager
Nicole has worked with ESL for over 12 years and has worked in a variety of roles before becoming station manager 2 years ago. Nicole has a vast knowledge of the logistics business and her advice is always sought. Nicole studied at Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and is a native of Guiyang.
James Ryan
Director of Sales
James has worked with ESL for 4 years and his main job description is looking after ESL’s massive amount of foreign customers in China. James loves the relocations business and like s meeting new customers on a daily basis. James studied in his native Limerick city in Ireland and also at the University of Ulster in Belfast.
The Packing Crew
ESL Relocations team would not be complete without a mention of the guys of the packing crew. This crew between them have years of packing experience in working with foreign clients. The crew is respectful to clients at all times and to their property. The crews go to work as soon as they arrive and work from floor to floor or room to room. We get lots of compliments from our customers on the professionalism and skills of our crew.
